The day of arrival

Starting at 17.00 we phone each family to inform them of the trip. The first two days of the session we call each family to inform them of the child's initial reaction. The staff is equipped with a mobile phone on the coach (bus) as well. Every day from 10.00 to 12.00, 16.30 to 18.30 and from 21.30 to 22.30 the house staff is available at the following number: +39 335 6239830

The children will phone thier parents on previously arranged days and times. We would also like to encourage the frequent use of faxes or e-mail. This way the child has a copy of the exchange with his/her parents and can show it to friends. At the same time, these instruments facilitate the use of the written form for communication and narration.
